LinkedIn tells me that I’ve been running Etch Sprints for 5 months. That sounds just crazy to me, but also gives me the encouragement I need to keep pushing.
Looking again at my goals this year, I’ve got a long way to go, but I also recognise that I’ve been going about things in a slightly weird way.
I initially prioritised profit over growth.
Sure, that’s not a big problem, but recognising that limited me big-style. Using growth as a tactic means doing way-more pre-sales. It means creating content about the design sprint. It’s also about being smart and experimenting with some ideas. All things I’m reminded to get doing now in earnest.
