Jobs: Oh no I wish I did. No, you see you can’t. If you want to hire great people and have them stay working for you, you have to let them make a lot of decisions and you have to, you have to be run by ideas, not hierarchy

We have a lot of wonderful arguments at Etch. We challenge ideas, share what we think is important and sometimes, but not always - we agree on some things.
But Etch is unlike any other company I’ve worked in. Small groups of people doing amazing things with our partners. 
Amazing different things. Nothing necessarily right or wrong, just different. It’s collaboration in action and it’s just the way I like it. If we weren’t trying new, different things and learning, we probably wouldn’t be where we are today.
Also, doing the right thing is sometimes doing something different to the status-quo.
