This year is going to be more about establishing a sustainable business, with people and process that doesn’t need me at the controls 24/7 - freeing me up to double down on what’s super important: Brand building and selling.
That should allow me to be a bit bolder, a bit louder, a bit more considerate and most of all, a bit more consistent.
